- Selecting Vendors and Suppliers for your restaurant: You should select at least three to four vendors and suppliers of each category and compare the prices before finalising one. Keep one of the vendors/supplier as back up in case of any mishap. The raw materials supplied by them must be in stock and must be delivered on time.
